1. Scope

These Terms govern your use of https://www.dumpsterrental.cloud (the "Site") and, unless you sign a separate written rental agreement, your rental of roll-off containers from us. If you sign a separate rental agreement or work order, that agreement controls wherever it conflicts with these Terms.

2. Quotes and pricing

Prices are quoted per job. Your price depends on container size, location, material, rental length, permits and weight.
A quote applies only to the material, container size, address and dates it describes. If any of these change, your price may change, and we'll tell you before your rental.
Any additional charges that apply to your job are explained when we quote it.

3. Delivery, placement and permits

You're responsible for a clear, safe, legal placement area with enough overhead clearance, and for telling us about anything underground or fragile (sprinklers, septic, pavers). We aren't liable for damage to driveways, curbs, lawns or other surfaces at a placement location you chose, except where caused by our negligence.
Containers placed on a public street in NYC need a NYC DOT permit. When we obtain the permit for you, you agree to follow its conditions. Fines caused by placement you directed or by overfilling are your responsibility.

4. Prohibited materials

Do not load: hazardous waste, asbestos, paint, solvents, chemicals, oils, fuels, propane tanks, tires, batteries, electronics (e-waste), appliances containing refrigerants (unless pre-approved), medical or infectious waste, radioactive material, or anything prohibited by law or by the disposal facility. You pay any removal, handling or disposal costs and fines caused by prohibited materials.

5. Loading and weight

Don't fill above the container's top rim. Overweight or overfilled containers may be refused for transport until the load is brought within limits.

6. Your responsibilities

While the container is at your site you are responsible for its contents and for reasonable care of the container, and you must not move it. You'll pay for damage to the container beyond normal wear (for example, fire or misuse).

7. Payment, cancellations and changes

Payment terms are confirmed with your quote. If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as early as possible by calling or texting (516) 515-1951.

8. Calls and texts

By calling or texting us you agree we may contact you about your quote or rental. See our Privacy Policy.

9. Website use

Site content is provided for general information (container sizes, permit guidance and similar topics). Permit rules change, so check with NYC DOT or your town. You agree not to misuse the Site, submit false requests, or scrape it. Site content is our property or used with permission.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AREN'T LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, AND OUR TOTAL LIABILITY RELATING TO A RENTAL IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT RENTAL. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under New York law.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by New York law. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Queens County, New York.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. The effective date above shows the latest version.
